- Task Information: Task descriptions, locations, budgets, and deadlines you post or apply for.
- Hub & Catalog Information: If you operate a hub, your business details, catalog listings (services and goods), prices, images, and order history.
- Payment Information: Mobile money details and transaction history processed through our payment provider, BulkClix.
- Device Information: Push notification (FCM) tokens, device type, and app version.
- Location Data: When you grant permission, we collect location data to show nearby tasks and relevant listings.
- Communications: Messages sent through the in-app chat, which may be linked to a specific task or order.

- To create and manage your account.
- To connect Masters with Doers, and Clients with Providers, and to facilitate tasks and orders.
- To hold funds in escrow, process payments, and release payouts.
- To send notifications about task and order updates, messages, application status, funding, and payments.

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Other Users: Your name, profile photo, ratings, and the content you post are visible to other users you interact with — for example, when you post or apply for a task, or list or order from a hub.
- Payment Provider: We share the payment details necessary to process collections and payouts with BulkClix.
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for email delivery, push notifications, and hosting.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Publicly Shared Content
Tasks, hubs, and catalog listings can be shared via public links. Content shared this way — such as a task's title and description, or a hub's public catalog and the name of its owner — may be viewable by anyone with the link, including people who do not have an Escrod account. Please be mindful of what you include in content you intend to share.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure token-based authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Task, order, and transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to the resolution of any active escrow transactions.
